Apartment for 4 persons.

Rent on weekly base: from Saturday 17pm to Saturday 10 am.

Luxurious two bedroom apartment (75 m^e). The living room which has a tremendous view of the hils, is situated at the side of the terrace and the garden. Satellite television, dvd player, radio/cd player and an internet/ADSL connection are available.
A well-equiped kitchen.
Two rooms: one with two single beds, and one with a double bed.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

The price per week:

In June, July, August and September: 675 Euro for 2 persons and 725 Euro for 4 persons.
In April, May and October: 550 Euro for 2 persons and 590 Euro for 4 persons.

The price includes the use of water, electricity, bedlinen and towels.

A deposit of 50% is asked at reservation time and the rest must be paid upon arrival, cash or by means of bank transfer

Pets are not allowed and smoking is forbidden inside the apartment.
